Empirical study: Live experiment RefsQ 2012

We conducted a live study during the RefsQ 2012 conference . We gathered data about user satisfaction. You can download the questionnaires we used and the data we gathered from the participants. We are publishing here questionnaires for all three conditions we prepared, but due to a moderate participant number, we used only the conditions User tasks and User stories in the actual study.

Empirical study: User satisfaction study Mai 2012

We conducted a second study, based on the RefsQ 2012 live experiment. It was done with students at the University of Heidelberg and featured a newer questionnaire version with more questions. The experiment was conducted in German, so the questionnaire is available in German only. We offer for download the questionnaires and the data.

If you need other materials from the study, please contact us.
